The Second Department of China Tobacco Imp & Exp Yunnan Co., Ltd is responsible for importing and exporting tobacco leaves of Yunnan origin. Through providing customers in Yunnan and abroad with quality service, we bridge the distance between tobacco receiving and processing enterprises in the province and tobacco users outside China.

Financial
The Second Department had exported 33,550 metric tons of tobacco leaves and revenues US$48.79 million in 2001, accounting for more than one third of china¡¯s tobacco leaves export in both quantity and revenue.

Products The Second Department primarily deals in flue cured but has successfully developed its oriental and burley tobacco business for recent years.

Markets & Customers
The Second Department exports products to the following markets: Europe, North America, Russia, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Japan and Korea, South-East Asia, India and Nepal. Our customers include international tobacco leaf dealers, multinational cigarette manufacturers, such as Philip Morris, British America Tobacco and Japan Tobacco, and tobacco companies from individual countries.

Facilities & Tobacco

We pack our tobaccos at the best tobacco growing regions in China that include QuJing, Dali, Baoshan, Wenshan, ZhaoTong and Kunming. We have accesses to 11 processing facilities of latest technology and equipment, applying international standard in our packing.

Team
A dedicated and well-trained team consists of members responsible for sales and those for on-site supervision of packing in the factories.
