Welcome to our College！ The founders of JCE Positive Outcomes came together out of a belief in the need for quality training provision to the vocational education sector. Their vision was to establish a training network that addressed the growing challenges to the international training arena.

The combined experience in the training industry possessed by JCE Positive Outcomes is in excess of fifty years and gained over five countries. We specialise in training for the needs of the industry.
